This India-only page supplements the Global Privacy Policy for users in India. It highlights the India-specific statutory, grievance, and rights language currently used by PLUSREPS.
PLUSREPS remains the consumer-facing brand, and it is wholly owned and operated by members of Nextphase Interactive Private Limited ("Nextphase", legally registered as NEXTPHASE INTERCTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED). All references to "we", "our", or "the company" in these Help Center materials refer to the PLUSREPS brand under Nextphase’s ownership and stewardship.

3. Rights and Requests in India
Subject to applicable law and verification, users in India may request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy support by contacting PLUSREPS.

4. Grievance Redressal
If you have a grievance relating to personal data on PLUSREPS, contact support@plusreps.com. PLUSREPS aims to acknowledge grievances promptly and provide a substantive response within the period required by applicable law or the support process then in effect.
5. Children and Restricted Features
PLUSREPS is not intended for children under 13. Users aged 13 to 17 may be subject to additional restrictions or parental or guardian approval requirements before accessing monetized or otherwise restricted features, depending on the product surface and rollout stage then in use.
6. Security and Compliance
PLUSREPS uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data, including encrypted transport and access controls. No system is completely secure, and specific controls may evolve over time as the platform grows and compliance requirements change.
7. Updates
We may update this India supplement and the Global Privacy Policy from time to time. Where required by law, PLUSREPS may provide notice before a material update takes effect.
