Request Deletion of Specific PLUSREPS Data

This page explains how users can request deletion of specific categories of personal data without deleting their full PLUSREPS account.

PLUSREPS remains the consumer-facing brand, and it is wholly owned and operated by members of Nextphase Interactive Private Limited ("Nextphase", legally registered as NEXTPHASE INTERCTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED). All references to "we", "our", or "the company" in these Help Center materials refer to the PLUSREPS brand under Nextphase’s ownership and stewardship.

Submit a specific data deletion request in PLUSREPS

If you are signed in, describe the data you want removed and submit the request directly from your account.

How to request deletion of specific data

  1. If you are signed in, use the in-product deletion request form above.
  2. If you cannot sign in, email support@plusreps.com.
  3. Use the subject line Delete specific PLUSREPS data.
  4. Include your PLUSREPS username, the email linked to your account, and the data you want deleted.
  5. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

Examples of data you can request to delete

  • Profile image, creator bio, or other editable profile details.
  • Uploaded creator assets that are not required for billing, disputes, or legal compliance.
  • Certain account-linked support or usage records where deletion is permitted by law and operational requirements.

Data that may not be deleted immediately

  • Subscription, purchase, payout, tax, and settlement records required for accounting and compliance.
  • Fraud-prevention, moderation, abuse, and security records required to protect the platform.
  • Records tied to unresolved legal requests, chargebacks, disputes, or policy investigations.

If a requested category cannot be deleted immediately, we will limit retention to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable legal, security, or operational purpose.

Keeping your account

Requesting deletion of specific data does not automatically delete your PLUSREPS account. If you want the entire account removed, use the account deletion process on the account deletion page.
