This Privacy Policy explains what data PLUSREPS collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the PLUSREPS website, iOS app, Android app, and related services operated by Nextphase Interactive Private Limited.

PLUSREPS remains the consumer-facing brand, and it is wholly owned and operated by members of Nextphase Interactive Private Limited ("Nextphase", legally registered as NEXTPHASE INTERCTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED). All references to "we", "our", or "the company" in these Help Center materials refer to the PLUSREPS brand under Nextphase’s ownership and stewardship.
1. What Data We Collect
1.1 Data you give us directly
- Account information such as name, username, email address, and profile photo.
- Profile information such as bio, interests, and linked social handles if you choose to provide them.
- Transaction records for subscriptions, gift subscriptions, ProChat, refunds, chargebacks, and related billing events.
- Creator or compliance onboarding information, including tax, payout, or identity details, when monetization or legal requirements make that necessary.
- Content you upload or send, including streams, videos, images, chat messages, and support communications.
Sensitive onboarding material such as government-issued ID documents or selfie-based verification is not collected at standard signup. It is collected only when a monetization, payout, or compliance flow requires it.
1.2 Data we collect when you use PLUSREPS
- Device information such as device type, operating system, app version, and device identifiers.
- Usage data such as streams watched, streams created, chat activity, features used, and time spent.
- Log data such as IP address, browser type, error information, and pages or screens accessed.
- General location data at a city or region level derived from IP address or similar signals. We do not claim to collect precise GPS location unless you explicitly grant such permission for a feature that requires it.
- Camera and microphone access only when you actively use a streaming or video feature that requires them.
1.3 Health and fitness data
PLUSREPS is a fitness platform, and users may voluntarily share fitness goals, workout preferences, nutrition interests, or similar wellness information in profiles, streams, chats, or other product surfaces. PLUSREPS does not describe itself here as collecting medical records or biometric health metrics as part of ordinary app use.
1.4 Data from third parties
- Basic profile data from sign-in providers such as Google or Apple, subject to the permissions you grant there.
- Store or payment platform records needed to validate purchases, refunds, and subscription status.
2. Why We Collect Your Data
We use personal data to:
- Operate accounts, streaming, chat, subscriptions, gift subscriptions, ProChat, and other core platform features.
- Validate transactions, prevent fraud, enforce policies, and protect users and creators.
- Personalize recommendations, discovery, and user experience where appropriate.
- Communicate with you about account activity, support matters, security issues, legal notices, and product updates.
- Comply with applicable law, tax, financial reporting, moderation, and safety obligations.
3. Public Profiles and Creator Content
PLUSREPS is a public creator platform. Your username, profile photo, bio, public creator content, and public chat activity may be visible to other users depending on how you use the service. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information publicly.
If a photo, video, or other piece of personal content involving you has been posted without consent, contact support@plusreps.com with the subject line Privacy Takedown Request.
4. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data in limited circumstances such as:
- Service providers that help us run PLUSREPS, such as hosting, streaming, storage, analytics, payment, notification, or support vendors.
- Identity verification or compliance providers where monetization, payout, or legal checks require them.
- Payment rails and app stores involved in validating or settling transactions.
- Government authorities, regulators, courts, or law enforcement where required by law or to protect PLUSREPS and our users.
- Business transfer counterparties if PLUSREPS or its assets are merged, acquired, or transferred, subject to applicable law.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We generally retain data for as long as needed to operate the service and satisfy legal, safety, moderation, fraud, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. Target retention windows may vary by data category and operational reality.
For example, payment and transaction records may need longer retention for tax, accounting, and compliance reasons, while other categories may be deleted, anonymized, or minimized earlier when they are no longer needed.

6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, or to withdraw consent for certain optional processing. PLUSREPS may also offer settings or controls for some notifications, personalization, or marketing preferences, but if a setting is not present in your current product surface you can contact support directly.
If you contact us with a privacy request, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing it.
7. Consent, Cookies, and Tracking
PLUSREPS may rely on required operational consent for account use, optional consent for some marketing or personalization activities, and device-level permissions for features such as camera and microphone access.
On the web, PLUSREPS uses cookies and similar technologies for login, security, analytics, personalization, and related functionality. Mobile apps may use similar SDKs, identifiers, and device-level settings rather than browser cookies.

8. Data Security
PLUSREPS uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data, including encrypted transport, access controls, and security monitoring. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
PLUSREPS is not intended for children under 13. Users aged 13 to 15 are limited to viewer features and cannot stream, monetize, or request payouts. Users aged 16 to 17 may stream but cannot enable monetization, complete payout onboarding, or withdraw earnings. Monetization and withdrawal features are limited to users aged 18 and above.
10. International and India-Specific Matters
PLUSREPS operates globally, and depending on the service architecture in use, personal data may be processed in more than one jurisdiction subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements. 11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If a material change is made, we may provide notice through the platform, email, or another reasonable method before the updated policy takes effect, where required by law.
