Delete Your PLUSREPS Account

This page explains how users of the PLUSREPS apps and website can request deletion of their PLUSREPS account and associated personal data.
PLUSREPS remains the consumer-facing brand, and it is wholly owned and operated by members of Nextphase Interactive Private Limited ("Nextphase", legally registered as NEXTPHASE INTERCTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED). All references to "we", "our", or "the company" in these Help Center materials refer to the PLUSREPS brand under Nextphase’s ownership and stewardship.
Submit an account deletion request in PLUSREPS
If you are signed in, you can submit an account deletion request here and track its status instead of emailing support first.

How to request account deletion
- If you are signed in, use the in-product deletion request form above.
- If you cannot sign in, email support@plusreps.com from the email address linked to your PLUSREPS account.
- Use the subject line Delete my PLUSREPS account.
- Include your PLUSREPS username and any alternate email address linked to the account if applicable.
- We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
What is deleted
- Account profile information such as username, email, profile image, and creator profile details.
- Stored device tokens and account-linked notification settings.
- Account-linked personalization and app usage records that are no longer needed for legal, security, or billing reasons.
- Uploads and creator assets that are only required for the deleted account, unless they must be retained for an active dispute, abuse review, or legal obligation.
What may be retained for a limited period
- Purchase, payout, tax, settlement, and anti-fraud records required for accounting, compliance, dispute resolution, or chargeback handling.
- Security logs, moderation records, and abuse-prevention records needed to protect the service and comply with law.
- Content or transactional records that must be preserved due to a legal request, investigation, or unresolved policy issue.
Retained records are kept only for the period reasonably required for the applicable legal, security, accounting, or operational purpose and are then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
Processing time
We aim to review and begin processing verified deletion requests promptly. Some records may remain in backup or compliance systems for a limited retention period before permanent deletion.
