Welcome to PLUSREPS, a live fitness streaming platform operated by Nextphase Interactive Private Limited. These Terms of Service govern your use of the PLUSREPS website, mobile apps, and related services.

By creating an account or using PLUSREPS in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

PLUSREPS remains the consumer-facing brand, and it is wholly owned and operated by members of Nextphase Interactive Private Limited ("Nextphase", legally registered as NEXTPHASE INTERCTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED). All references to "we", "our", or "the company" in these Help Center materials refer to the PLUSREPS brand under Nextphase’s ownership and stewardship.

1. Who We Are and What PLUSREPS Is

PLUSREPS is a live fitness streaming platform where viewers discover live fitness, wellness, and creator-led sessions, creators broadcast and build communities, and brands may work with creators on sponsored content and promotions.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

PLUSREPS is intended for users aged 13 and above. If we discover that a user under 13 has created an account, we may suspend or delete that account and associated data.

Users aged 13 to 15 may use PLUSREPS only as viewers and cannot stream, monetize, or request payouts. Users aged 16 to 17 may stream on PLUSREPS but cannot enable monetization, complete payout onboarding, or withdraw earnings. Monetization, withdrawals, and other payout-related actions are limited to users aged 18 and above.

3. Account Registration and Responsibility

You may need an account to access some PLUSREPS features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us at support@plusreps.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

PLUSREPS may offer viewer, creator, and brand account experiences. Additional obligations can apply to creators and brands.

4. Live Streaming Rules

PLUSREPS is a fitness and wellness platform. Permitted content includes workouts, nutrition or wellness discussions, Q&As, and related creator-led sessions that fit the platform's purpose.

Do not stream sexual, explicit, hateful, violent, or otherwise unlawful content.
Do not promote dangerous supplement use, self-harm, or medical claims that substitute professional care.
Do not use unlicensed music or other third-party content you do not have rights to use.

PLUSREPS does not provide medical advice. Viewers should consult a qualified medical professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program. Creators remain responsible for the fitness guidance they give on stream.

Streams may be recorded, archived, clipped, or retained for operational, moderation, safety, or promotional reasons, subject to the applicable legal and privacy terms then in effect.

PLUSREPS relies on third-party infrastructure for streaming and payments, so we do not guarantee uninterrupted video quality, uptime, or delivery at all times.

5. Chat and Community Conduct

PLUSREPS may offer free chat, subscriber-only chat, and paid chat features such as ProChat. You must not harass others, spam, impersonate others, solicit off-platform payments, disclose others' personal information, or post hateful or abusive content.

Creators are responsible for moderating their own communities, and PLUSREPS may also investigate reports and take platform-level moderation action where appropriate.

6. Monetization Features and Payments

Monetization features may vary by account type, geography, platform, and rollout stage. A feature referenced in these Terms may not be available on every account or platform at all times.

Web purchases use PLUSREPS's supported web payment flow.
iOS purchases use Apple In-App Purchases and are subject to Apple's terms.
Android purchases use Google Play Billing and are subject to Google's terms.

You agree to the pricing, billing cadence, and purchase terms disclosed at checkout. PLUSREPS may retain a platform fee and remit the creator's share under the payout rules applicable to the relevant program.

Creator subscriptions

Creators may offer recurring subscription plans with benefits such as subscriber-only access, badges, chat perks, or other creator-defined benefits shown in the product flow. Subscription durations and pricing can vary by platform and creator catalog.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Store-managed purchases must be cancelled through the relevant store settings.

Gift subscriptions

PLUSREPS may offer one-time gift subscription purchases. Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew, are generally non-transferable once assigned, and may be non-refundable after successful fulfillment except in limited cases such as duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction, or verified non-delivery.

ProChat

ProChat is a paid highlighted message feature during a live stream. Once a ProChat message is successfully delivered and displayed after confirmed payment, it is generally non-refundable except in the case of a verified platform failure.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Purchases made through Apple or Google are also subject to those stores' refund rules, and PLUSREPS cannot override store-managed refund decisions.

7. Creator Terms

Creators on PLUSREPS are independent users, not employees or agents of PLUSREPS. As a creator, you agree to keep your streams within your qualifications and competence, follow platform policies, use properly licensed material, and avoid directing users to bypass PLUSREPS payment systems.

Creator earnings may come from subscriptions, gift subscriptions, ProChat, and brand sponsorship programs enabled through PLUSREPS. Payout eligibility may depend on compliance checks, tax information, KYC or onboarding status, and investigation holds where necessary.

8. Brand and Sponsor Terms

Brands using PLUSREPS must ensure sponsored content is properly disclosed and must not require creators to make unsafe or unsubstantiated health claims. Commercial arrangements may be subject to separate brand partnership terms.

9. Prohibited Uses

Inflate views, followers, or engagement using bots, scripts, or other manipulation.
Harvest personal data of other users or scrape the platform without authorization.
Circumvent PLUSREPS safety, access, geographic, or payment controls.
Submit bad-faith copyright or abuse complaints.

10. Intellectual Property and Copyright

You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant PLUSREPS a limited, non-exclusive license to host, stream, distribute, archive, and operate that content on the platform, including reasonable promotional uses tied to PLUSREPS.

If you believe content on PLUSREPS infringes your copyright or other rights, contact support@plusreps.com with sufficient detail for us to review the request.

11. Termination and Suspension

You may stop using PLUSREPS at any time. PLUSREPS may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or features where required for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, payment risk, or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms and Platform Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we may provide notice through the platform, email, or another reasonable method before the updated Terms take effect.

PLUSREPS may also modify, discontinue, or limit features, including monetization features, by account, region, platform, or compliance status.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

PLUSREPS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uninterrupted access to creator content, or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for creator statements, user-generated content, or health outcomes resulting from use of the platform.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to PLUSREPS will be subject to the courts of New Delhi, India.
