Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how PLUSREPS handles cancellation and refund requests across the web platform, Apple App Store purchases, and Google Play purchases.

PLUSREPS remains the consumer-facing brand, and it is wholly owned and operated by members of Nextphase Interactive Private Limited ("Nextphase", legally registered as NEXTPHASE INTERCTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED). All references to "we", "our", or "the company" in these Help Center materials refer to the PLUSREPS brand under Nextphase’s ownership and stewardship.

1. Digital Services Covered

  • Creator subscriptions and related recurring subscriber access.
  • Gift subscriptions purchased for another user.
  • ProChat highlighted messages during live streams.

These are digital services. Access or delivery begins when payment is confirmed and the applicable entitlement or message is fulfilled.

2. Subscription Cancellations

Subscription cancellation methods depend on the platform used to purchase the subscription.

  • Web subscriptions, when offered, follow the cancellation path shown in the relevant account or checkout surface.
  • iOS subscriptions are cancelled through Apple subscription settings.
  • Android subscriptions are cancelled through Google Play subscription settings.

Unless applicable law or platform policy requires otherwise, cancellation generally stops future renewals but does not produce a partial refund for the unused portion of the current paid period.

3. Gift Subscriptions

Gift subscriptions are generally non-refundable once successfully fulfilled to the recipient. Refunds may still be considered case-by-case for:

  • Duplicate charge caused by a technical error.
  • Verified technical non-delivery.
  • Unauthorized transaction.
  • Any refund right required by applicable law.

Refunds are generally not issued for:

  • Purchaser error such as selecting the wrong recipient account.
  • Change of mind after successful redemption or fulfillment.
  • A recipient already holding an active subscription where the gift was still validly applied.

4. When Refunds May Be Considered

  • Duplicate charge.
  • Charge after confirmed cancellation.
  • Verified platform failure that prevented paid service delivery.
  • Unauthorized transaction.
  • Verified gift subscription non-delivery.

Refunds are generally not issued for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Partial use of a subscription period.
  • Dissatisfaction with creator content quality by itself.
  • Connectivity or device issues outside PLUSREPS control.
  • Successfully delivered ProChat messages.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@plusreps.com with the subject line Refund Request - [Your Username].

Include, where available:

  • Transaction ID or order ID.
  • Date and amount of the charge.
  • Platform used for purchase: Web, iOS, or Android.
  • Creator or channel name.
  • A short description of the issue.
  • Optional screenshot or supporting material.

PLUSREPS aims to acknowledge refund requests promptly and review them case-by-case. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method subject to the rules of the relevant processor or app store.

6. Apple App Store Purchases

Purchases made through the iOS App Store are governed by Apple's terms and refund rules. PLUSREPS cannot directly approve or process refunds for Apple-managed purchases.

7. Google Play Purchases

Purchases made through Google Play are governed by Google Play's terms and refund rules. PLUSREPS cannot directly approve or process refunds for Google-managed purchases.

To request a refund for a Google Play purchase, use the Google Play purchase history or subscription management flows available in the Play Store.

8. ProChat Failure Exception

ProChat is generally non-refundable after successful delivery. If payment succeeded but the ProChat message was not delivered or displayed because of a verified platform failure, contact support within 24 hours with the transaction details for review.
