At PLUSREPS, safety is foundational. We are committed to providing a platform that supports healthy fitness journeys while protecting users from harm, harassment, and misinformation.

1. Our Safety Approach

We combine human moderation, user reports, and automated detection systems to keep the platform safe.

  • Protect users from abuse, harassment, and harmful content.
  • Reduce exposure to dangerous fitness advice.
  • Provide resources during personal or health-related crises.

2. Reporting Tools

You can report:

  • Inappropriate content or comments
  • Harassment or abuse
  • Misinformation about health or fitness

Reports can be made directly from the stream or user profile.

3. Crisis Support

If a user appears to be in immediate danger or distress (e.g., self-harm, mental health issues), we may:

  • Temporarily suspend the stream
  • Notify appropriate authorities (if identifiable)
  • Offer crisis resources via in-app message or email

We do not replace professional help. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please reach out to a local professional or helpline.

4. Moderation System

  • PLUSREPS enforces our Community Guidelines with a tiered penalty system (warnings, strikes, bans).
  • Streamers must moderate their chats or assign trusted moderators.
  • Repeated violations will result in account suspension or removal.

5. Parental Controls

We strongly encourage parental supervision for users aged 13–17.

We are developing tools to:

  • Restrict chat interactions
  • Limit access to mature content
  • Report issues directly to a parent-linked account

6. Partnerships

We work with safety organizations to improve our policies and handle sensitive reports responsibly.
