PLUSREPS respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how to submit copyright infringement notifications and how creators can file counter-notices.

1. Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on PLUSREPS infringes your copyright, please provide:

• Your full legal name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL or location of the infringing material
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
• Your electronic or physical signature

2. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with:

• Your contact information
• Identification of the removed content
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts
• Your electronic or physical signature

3. Repeat Infringers

Accounts with multiple valid DMCA notices may be terminated. We also reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing content without prior notice.
