PLUSREPS respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This page explains how to submit a copyright complaint and how a user may respond if they believe content was removed in error.

PLUSREPS remains the consumer-facing brand, and it is wholly owned and operated by members of Nextphase Interactive Private Limited ("Nextphase", legally registered as NEXTPHASE INTERCTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED). All references to "we", "our", or "the company" in these Help Center materials refer to the PLUSREPS brand under Nextphase’s ownership and stewardship.

1. How to Submit a Copyright Complaint

If you believe content on PLUSREPS infringes your copyright or a similar right, send a notice to support@plusreps.com and include:

  • Your full legal name and contact information.
  • A description of the work you claim is infringed.
  • The URL or sufficient location information for the allegedly infringing material.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

2. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice that includes:

  • Your contact information.
  • Identification of the removed content and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction required under applicable law for the counter-notice process.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

3. Repeat Infringers

PLUSREPS may remove content, disable access, or suspend accounts for repeated or serious infringement issues. We may also act without prior notice where necessary to protect rights or comply with law.
